Revolt She Said. Revolt Again.

Alice Birch calls us to revolt. Revolt in the bedroom, the workplace and even a supermarket. Nettle Theatre was frustrated by work that gave voice to the white man. We had to tear it apart to be able to build again. An all female production crew was seen as revolutionary itself demonstrating the work that needed to be done. Alice Burch’s powerful and visceral script showed us the way.
